I think that the most important thing we can do to take a step in the right direction is loving the people of Mancora. I know I have said we need to love the people of Mancora many times, but I say it because I honestly think that it is true. The other thing that I think we can do to take a step in the right direction is simply pray. And that is something that the church body at Crossroads can do.

It is important for our missions trip to be more than just sanctified tourism because that is not our point at all in taking this trip. I think that it is ok to get to know the place you are working, the culture etc... But I think that our purpose is much bigger. Our purpose is to help a broken community. We need to just ask God to give us right hearts.
